The Supercoherence I Am Clarity With Compassion Frequency – SCWCF

“My Clarity is Tempered with Compassion.
My Compassion is Modulated by Clarity.
I am grateful to Embody a healthy Balance of Clarity and Compassion in my relationship with Self and Others.”

Clarity, in various dictionaries is defined as the quality of being “clear and easy to understand”, or the “ability to think clearly and not be confused”. (Cambridge Dictionary); or “Clearness of appearance”, “Clearness of thought or style; lucidity” or “Clearness; brightness; splendor” in the American Heritage Dictionary.

In the Supercoherence System, Clarity refers to having a greater alignment between what we are actually seeing and how we interpret what we are seeing. It is about a quality that arises from clearing our “Filter of Perception” so that we are better able to see beyond the conditioned, programmed, imprinted “self”, and see more clearly- with less distortion/ discolouration- through the lens of the “True Self”.

Compassion is defined as empathising with another’s suffering, AND having a desire to do something to help alleviate that suffering.

There is no doubt that Clarity devoid of Compassion can be extremely hard-hearted, cold, harsh, judgemental and/ or intolerant. Please be careful about not falling into this trap- with regards to yourself or others!

However, Compassion without a degree of Clarity and discernment, can end up being a slippery slope into over-empathy, projection, pity and rescuing. Whilst this may be necessary in certain situations, and/ or make us feel better in the short term, it can be detrimental in the longer term.

The question is, how do we find a place of optimum balance, where our desire to help is combined with a degree of discernment, so that we are able to act (or choose conscious non-action), in a way that serves the highest good of all concerned?

A place where we are able to recognise when “kindness” may actually be disempowering to the other; a place where we are able to stop ourselves from stepping into the role of “Rescuer” as a default position; or where we try to keep someone in their comfort zone- either out of some (misguided) sense of loyalty or sentimentality; or because we are uncomfortable bearing witness to their distress; or because we (over)-identify with their situation…. or for some reason that we have no conscious sense of.

And conversely, how do we modulate our response when Clarity becomes so sharp, that it is impossible to ignore the incongruence, distortion, even ugliness in a situation or a person’s behaviour (including our own); and be able to respond to that from a place of discernment- a place where we can respond and act from a place of understanding without condoning; of having empathy without slipping into justification, denial or making excuses (either for ourselves, or the “other”).

The Supercoherence I Am Clarity with Compassion Frequency is a call to action…..a call to re-examine everything from a perspective of seeing with fresh, “new” (but actually very “old”) eyes and re-evaluating everything that we believe about what it means to be a “Compassionate Being”.

Why do I say this?

One of the main reasons is that we have been programmed to “understand” what it means to be “kind” or “compassionate” or “caring”, or even “loving” and “good”- whether through social and cultural conditioning, through religious interpretations and re-interpretations; through deliberate manipulation and/ or less conscious censorship or “reward” by others to control our behaviours so that they might remain in their comfort zone(s)…..and we can do the same to others.

Often this programming is encoded at such subtle and deep levels, that we do not recognise that they are there and/but are not of the true Self….

And we hold ourselves and others accountable based on these encoded thoughts and beliefs…that are often rooted in duality-consciousness, and may or may not be true.

So one of the calls to action, is an invitation to question everything and examine each thought and belief as if you were encountering it for the first time…..

For those of us whose default is to be empathic and want very much to ease another’s pain and suffering, it is easy to fall into the trap of conflating compassion with pity, projection or feeling the need to “rescue”. (Of course, sometimes “rescuing” is a very urgent and necessary action- there are times when we all need to be rescued, or rescue another. But this needs to be seen as a short-term measure and only one part of what it means to be truly compassionate.)

As for Clarity-we all “know” what Clarity looks like/ feels like don’t we…..or do we?? When we see clearly another person’s pain and hurt, and vulnerability and suffering, are we also seeing clearly that the One in front of us is also a great soul? Are we able to hold both of these aspects together, coherently and clearly?

For those of us whose default it is to see very clearly, it is imperative to allow that clear vision to be tempered and softened with a degree of compassion to avoid falling into a different trap- the trap of being harsh, judgemental, self-righteous, intolerant, punitive or hard-hearted, even cruel. In this case, tempering one’s response with Compassion can help to soften one’s reaction and allow for a more heart-centred approach- without condoning or justifying the hurtful or harmful behaviour/ situation. Remember, tempered steel is more pliable but stronger than normal steel!

Each situation is unique, and demands a fine-tuned response- a response which demands flexibility and kindness as well as clear discernment and courage. A truly compassionate response in one situation may become “rescuing” in another, or unkind and hard-hearted in a different circumstance/ context. Sometimes, there is a very fine line between one and the other! And all “facts” are contextual!

One more important aspect to consider- being (overly) compassionate towards another, whilst denying yourself the same care and kindness can become detrimental- not just to yourself but to others as well. In extreme cases, it can lead to an abandonment and even betrayal of the Self.

It also fails to recognise the strength/ greatness in the other….seeing only the “weakness”, vulnerability and hurt.

One of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves and each other is to acknowledge, honour and truly “see” the bigger Self or great soul that we each are, whilst at the same time also acknowledging and holding the hurt and suffering of the small wounded self with Tender Loving Care.

The Supercoherence I Am Clarity with Compassion Frequency helps us to temper our response and also enables us to modulate and fine-tune it in each unique situation (much like the exact place on the radio dial to get the optimum signal varies according to location and other factors).

In this way, the SCWCF can enable us to find a healthy, optimum (and sometimes very fine) balance between these two qualities of Clarity and Compassion that have such a profound effect on the expression of the other in every aspect of our Being.
